    She turn my hair to like a strawberry blonde help?
    I went to the salon with my hair like a copper red it had been months since I dyed it so it really faded and roots of actual natural colour was really showing. She ended up putting a cap on my head and pulling through hair and doing like blonde high lights to make it strawberry blonde and used some toner on it but I can still see red of course but I really don't like it I really want to go back to my natural hair colour which is blonde I don't want a platinum blonde or anything just a nice light golden blonde maybe anything but what I am right now how can I fix this ?

    Go back to the salon and explain your concerns to the stylist. She should fix the problem without charge in order to keep you as a customer.

    I did but she refuses to do my whole hair with bleach like she went on how it will damage my hair etc. I've been dying my hair since I was 16 plus I use my hair straightener pretty regular on it plus any other products I've put in my hair so the damage has been done already. But I made an appointment with another salon probably where I should have went in the first place they were even confused why she didn't do my whole hair and only do highlights but ill be seeing their colour specialist very soon and get this messed fixed pronto !
