Is it safe to have 3 lots of hair dye in 1month to try and rectify hair disaster?
Hi, I posted yesterday, with no replies yet. Basically. I have got long hair which is dark brown (dyed) base and I had bleached blonde panels. I then wanted the panels red which my colourist did and it looiked great but after just 1 wash all the red had practically gone and I was left with disgusting orangey/grey panels. She then applied the red again with purple undertones 1 week later. Again, fab until I washed it. The panels are now grey/lilac and look disgusting. My colourist has suggested putting my brown base over my wjhole head to cover the panels but I am frightened that it is not safe to apply 3 lots of hairdye in the space of a month - particularly over bleached hair. My hair is in bad condition now and I am scared that further dying will cause it to break off/fall out. I would be so gr4ateful for any advice. Ideally I would like to get back to the blonde panels again but at this stage anything other than grey/lilac would be an improvement! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME GUYS - you all know how important our hair is to us girlies! Xxxxx

I think you would be best dying over your panels brown whatever you do don't put bleach near them to make it blonde if your hair is in bad condition it will just snap off but you will be fine with normal dye. I've dyed mine 3 times in 3 weeks over bleach and its still in not to bad condition but my colour is still not right

Go for it. It can't hurt, it sounds like your hairs in pre-tty bad condition.
