Need more hair!

Over the years my hair has become thinnner nd thinnner .. i understand this is due to my foolishness such as regular straightening and layering the hair. Now i am willing to do whatever it takes to make my hair thicker. I ve heard messaging the head and drinking tablets helps stimulate hair growth ??

If your hair is thin, try using a body-building shampoo and conditioner that is formulated for fine hair. A good blunt layer cut can also make your hair look thicker and fuller.

My hair is thinning also. Doctor told me to take vitamin b-complex (with biotin).

Vitamin B complex doesn't actually make your thicker or longer, but will help promote strong and healthy hair. Using a body-building shampoo and conditioner will make the hair appear thicker. You can also use volumizing hair styling products or hair rollers to make your hair look thicker.

If your hair is looking/getting thinner its not a good idea to keep it long, you can usually make it appear thicker by keeping it shorter and sometimes shorter layers help. thick headed by bed head works good as a styling product
