How often can I dye my hair?

Oh gosh, I blow dry and straighten my hair quite often as well, everyday to every other day, but I've dyed mine and it's lasted me 10 months.. The only problem I have is my roots, I would check to make sure it is a permanent dye, even ask someone in the store and they could lead you in the right direction. For your hair straightening and blow drying I suggest getting a heat protective spray and spraying it onto your hair after a shower, just before you begin to blow dry, brush it through and that way your hair isn't being burned constantly.. The spray is ;)
