How to keep hair straight?

I dont wash my hair everyday cause its curly and a pain in the a** the straighten also i bleach and dye it all the time. Anyways what products work well for keeping hair STRAIGHT through out the day? i flat iron it but by a few hours the ends curl up and it looks retarded lol.
