How do I lighten my too dark color dyed hair?
I a natural dark blonde but started dying my hair a beautiful mahogany color for over a year now. Problem is my ends have gradually soaked too much color and they are about 2 shades darker than the rest of my hair. I really don't have the time or money to go to a professional to have my color stripped, is there any way to lighten my ends at home? I've tried peroxide (which did NOTHING), and I've tried baby shampoo (also did NOTHING). I've heard Prell shampoo works, but didn't try it yet. I don't want to fry my hair, but these dark ends Got to GO! Any advice?

Has anybody used the extra virgin olive oil method to lighten dyed black hair? If so, did it turn your hair a orange or any strange color? How did it work? Anybody's expereince with this method would be very aprreciated to here from! Thank you
How can I do this ? Can I use hot oil or will anything I do make the dark bleed onto the it will mess up the blonde in my hair too.. blonde... Any suggestions would be great :) please ! I look like a ghost :(
My hair was dyed at the salon but turned out really dark auburn. I wanted light brown. It has been two weeks. I tried washing it with dawn dish soap but nothing happened. Any suggestions?
I have naturally dark brown hair. I colored it at home using a dark brown color (cornsilk #613) and it turned out black. Now when I look at myself that is all I see. Is there anything that can be done at home to lighten my hair? I've heard to use prell, laundry soap, dish soap or dandruff shampoo....
