Brassy blonde? If so use a violet toner to get rid of unwanted brassines/yellow tones. You can get from any hair and beauty shop.

That can happen if you dye, bleach, perm your hair too often
0R if your water has too many chemicals like iron, calcium, magnesium, (hard water) Hair FAQs
Try using a clarifying shampoo like Neutragena every so often.
Use a toner or shampoo that has blue undertones such as shimmer lights. This will neutralize the orange.
If your hairs PH balance is off try using shampoo with tea tree shampoo

You didn't mention your current hair color. Brassy hair refers to yellow, red or orange undertones in hair. When hair becomes an unwanted shade, you will need to use a blue, green, red or violet base hair coloring product or toner to cancel out unwanted tones. For instance, if your hair is red, a green-base hair coloring product will counter-act the red tones in your hair. To neutralize the orange tones, opt for a blue base toner. If you're hair is too yellow, you can use a violet based hair color to neutralize the yellow. You will find these hair coloring products at a beauty supply store.
