    Hair toner
    I have my hair weaved at the hair salon... My roommate stated you have to reply hair toner because it washes out.. I have never heard of this.. is this true.. thank you

    Hair weaved what? Do you mean blonde highlights?

    If so then yes, you need a violet toner to eliminate unwanted yellow tones and brassiness. It can be purchased from many beauty shops.
