My hair is a little bit passed my shoulders, but the length is uneven. I wanted to know what I can do to grow my hair quickly?

Really, there's nothing you can do.

I might be wrong, but I noticed my hair grows faster if I wash it more ofen. But hair usually grows about 1.5 cm per month.
