Hair Dye

I have been dying my hair for several years now. At the moment its on the redish side, But fading away.
I want to dye it light brown. I usually dye my hair myself, i by the ready made hair dyes.
Now as my hair is on d darkish redish side to go light brown would i need to bleech it? If so its probably not a good idea it myself..
If i dont any ideas of what brown dye i can buy?
Thnx

Krs, if you want to go from dark to a light brown, then you need to bleach your hair. Since you've been dyeing your hair for several years, you may have a color buildup. It is best to use a color remover first before applying bleach and another color onto your hair. You should consider going to the salon, the hairstylist will give you the color you desire. When they fix your hair, they can also give you tips on how to maintain it yourself.
