Hair color

my daughter tried to bleach her hair about 2 weeks ago, when can we dye it a darker color?

It's called a double process hair color, or bleaching and toning. First, the hair is bleached, then a toner is apply to achieve the desired color. It's much easier to go darker than lighter. You can color her hair anytime if it's in good condition.

Brad Pitt's natural hair color is blonde. He changes hair color once in a while for movie roles. His hair looks Ash Blonde or Dirty Blonde in the picture.

i want to go to the hair saloon and my hair is cut like that, but i don't know how to explain how i want my hair colour exactly to them and i want it exactly like that. would i say i want ash blonde streaks everywere.
