Ginger!

I have black hair, I want to put a bleach through it to get it lighter I don't care if it goes giger as that is my natual hair colour, as I want it to go back to that anyway but I am going to make it more vibrant, can I put a bleach threw it then if I don't care if it goes ginger anyways?

I had a colonostrophy, and the colon was dark because of taking laxatives. In your opinion, does taking about 2 ginger capsules daily, could that contribute to turning the colon dark. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
