Is your hair in a suitable condition? If not, then wait a fortnight before you re-colour it! And do a few conditioning treatments to keep it in tip top condition.
If your hair is fine, then what you need to do is apply a red colour (Temprorary red coloured mousse would do just fine). You apply this colour to dry hair, apply it to the blonde, then dry the colour in. Once you've done that, you can apply the bornw on top and leave it on according to the manufacturers instructions.
The reason you have to apply red is because if you apply a dark colour to blonde hair, you will be left with some sort of green 'tinge', not a good look!
Let me know how it goes for you. :)

But really you should be letting a professional do this. :D

Thank you so much! I don't know if I did it right or not.. but, I dyed it a auburn color, and then dyed it a dark brown, and it worked perfect! Its actually darker than what I wanted it, but, it looks good! There's no green. And I was afraid it would turn funny colors, but it didn't. The only thing is when the light shines on it, it has a red tint, but I think that's just normal for dyed hair? But how often should I dye my hair? Will it fade a lot because of the blonde or not? Thank you so much for your help! :) because my hair was a tragedy before! Again, thanks a whole bunch!! :) :) :)

If you don't mind the red then it's all good. :D

It depends on your hairs porosity. If your hair is very porous then the colour will fade a lot quicker.
If you find that the colour fades quicker, I'd switch to a semi permananent or a demi. The colour molecules are bigger and can stick to the hair better than permananent. :)
    And you're welcome :)

Hero? Hehehehe, why thank you, I'm blushing! Tehe. :D

Just make sure you do regular deep conditioning treatments to get your hair healthy. You apply deep conditioing treatment to damp hair, comb it through with a wide tooth comb and then clip it up, pop on a plastic cap or a shower cap, leave on for 20-30 minutes. Then rinse off. Your hair will feel sooooo silky. And doing this on a regular basis will really keep your hair healthy. And healthu hair means that the colour will not fade as much.
