Black Hair Dye: Huge mistake! WHAT TO DO?

I was a natural blonde, and about a month ago I decited to dye my hair for the first time. I wanted to go a medium brown. First I bought a temporary hair color at the store, and liked it so I tried to buy the same color permante. I tried the permante color about 3 times, and after a couple days, they would fade away to a strange orange. Finally I bought a different brand but near the same color, I really only wanted to do my roots and front of my hair, since that was fading more than the rest. I did dye the whole top of my head and front that color...and now its BLACK at the top and light brown undernieth. It looks TERRIBLE! It's almost 10 pm where I am right now, and it's been like this all weeked, and I've washed my hair 3 times, and it's only faded a little. Any home tricks I need to know that could make it go away quicker? I don't want to go to school like this tommorow..

If you want to go from dark to blonde, you will need to lighten the hair and then apply a toner. Anything other than that will result in a red/orange color result in a red/orange shade or an even color. For instance, if you put a box of blonde color over dark hair, it will turn it red or orange. Please consider going to the salon and have them do a corrective color on your hair.
