Hi Guys
Could you please help me with a hair query.

I would really like to wear my hair like alicias keys in her new video its absolutly amazing.

There are 2 images above of what i mean. i Know how to get the flat bit at the top its just the curls!!!

i have clip in hair extentions so i can use asmuch heat, hairsprey gel blech on them as they are real too.

Please could you tell me how i could gte curls like these and how i could make the stay in all through the night

You can use a curling iron to achieve Alicia Keys look. In these pictures, Alicia Keys is sporting tight curls. To create her tight curls, you will need to take thin sections of your hair and roll it up with a curling iron. If you want the curls to last longer, use a holding spray.

I tried doin that style once. But this is the way I did it:

1) I took very thin strands of hair and applied gell on it. You can also use any type of holding hair lotion/cream as well, as long as the purpose of it is to hold the hair in place.

2) After every strand you apply gell with, take a pencil crayon and wrap the strand of hair around it very tightly and make sure you tie it with an elastic band so that the strands dont come out. Leave it on over night but make sure you position the pencil crayons in a way that it doesn't bother you while your sleeping.


Once you take them out in the morning, you will see how tight the curls come out. Then style it in any way you wish.
