captivate and narration

I am supposed to take some screen captures using captivate. Someone is going to do the narration and then send them to me. My question is whether we should do the narration first and then import it into captivate and then take screen shots and embed the ready narration OR should we take the screen shots first and wait for the audio and then adjust the frames to include audio. Which one is going to be faster and easier??
