No, but there are websites that want you to think there are (and easy jobs too) and will cheerfully take your money to tell you basically nothing. I see some right here under your question. SCAMS

There are federal programs for attending school if you are low income. I don't know if felons are qualified to apply or not. You might want to consider a short term specialty training - Electric/plumbing/HVAC/mechanics. (Women too.)

There are programs for grants, to non profit groups that may provide training, this would include homeless, excons and the such.

There are grants to large non profits that may run half way housing in some areas.
