stopping someone from contiuing to go into my bank account

I sent away for the "free" grant information and had to pay about 5.00 for the kit which i haven't received as of yet, does anyone have information about this and who i can call so that more money is not taken out of my account? please help me, thanks!

First, I believe that the US Treasury Dept. is still charged with handling these transactions.

If nit them, then my next two choices wolf be the FBI and the US Postal Police.

Theft by deception is a Federal Offense, I believe, but I am not an officer of the law, so please verify, but start with treasury.

You bring up a good point -- many people sign up for something free online

But you have to pay shipping to recieve their amazing information

Then a total stranger calls up and asks you for credit card or bank info

They want to bill your credit card for a few bucks -- few hundred -- few thousand

Is the part about the stranger and your credit card information ringing a bell

You will probably get the information -- and be billed correctly

If you are that worried, freeze your bank account and stop being gullible

They can take ALL YOUR MONEY -- they have no conscience
