loans for felon for expansion of established business

After speaking to a number of banks, (all of which I have had my business and personal funds flowing through for the past four years), I have been advised that since I am a felon that I probably will not qualify for a business loan. I have been a franchisee for a national tax service for the past four years and I want to expand and open another office. I will nees about $53,000 for all computers, signage, ect. Do you know of any institution that will look at the fact that for the past four years I have been increasing business each year with a client retention of 58%, (our corp. overall retention is only at 32%).
PS. I have been out of jail for 10 years.
Thank you
