Hi, robrabbit!

Once a person has "done their time" and "paid" their debt to society, they're free to apply for grants and loans from any instititution or other source from which to get money. To my knowledge, there are no grants available simply because a person has been convicted of a felony.

Contacting community action type of agencies would be a good way to go to see what programs and monies are available to help those who are trying to integrate themselves back into society.

Thanks!
