Grant to remodel for disabled husband

My 37-year -old husband has fought cancer for 6 years and is on Social Security Disability and Medicare. He's finally to the point where he can't lift his leg over the side of the tub anymore, even with help. I work full time and we're barely making ends meet. Is there a grant somewhere that will help pay for a walk-in shower to be installed where our tub currently is? Nothing fancy, just a simple walk-in shower.
