business grants

I'm a convicted felon who sevred time in prison. I have payed my debt to society and now I'm tring to start my own business. The only problem I have is my credit is bad and I have no start up money. Does anyone know of a grant geared to help ex-cons like myself start there own business or if not any grants ? Please help!!!!
