Need the list of universities in New Jersey. Also need the ranking of the universities and which of the universities need only TOEFL

That would be one way to find out what you want to know. You can also vary the words in the search to suit your needs.

The university rankings lists that organizatons publish should be read large "with a grain of salt." If you are interested in graduate work, you obviously need to direct your search towards thoase schools that specialize in your field of study. No point in looking at the college of dentistry if you want to study European History.

Even so, I am often amazed at the rankings that people come up with. This one:

Top Colleges and Universities in New Jersey - by university ranking

places Rutgers as number 1 in NJ, ahead of Princeton. That's bizarre.

I agree with you there! I would also like to add, that it's not so much the institution that someone attends that's most important, but how that person applies themself as a student and the qualities that they show as a person and potential employee that are most important.
