Working for French Company = French Citizenship?

I am Bulgarian and I have been working for Sociate Generale in Cyprus for more then 5 years.

Is it true that I can apply for french citizenship after 5 years of work experiance in French company? Is there any information on the process that I have to go through?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
