My rights as a US citizen

Why does social security deny you benifits ,when you have life threatening and pre existing illness, but a person that has not been a US citizen and has not worked in our system can recieve all benifits. What up with this ?

This sounds like a question to send your congressman. That would be your best source for a knowledgeable answer. Be sure to include details about your case and Social Security Administrations response to your claim. Your question might even encourage him to consider proposing legislative changes

Hello sheri:

Your rights are not based upon anybody's else's rights. So, what somebody else got, has NOTHING to do with you.

If YOU need to explore your rights with SS, then DO IT, and STOP complaining about it. Did you hire a lawyer, or do you just want to snivel?
