Again you seem very knowledgeable. So I pose this question to you. My mother was born in France in 1946 to a French mother and American father. She came to the US w/her mother and father in 1947 and later became naturalized in her 20's. I was born to her in the US after she was naturalized. My questions are as follows: Can my mother still have dual citizenship if she wishes? Can I have dual citizenship since she was born in France, or is that not possible since she was naturalized as a US citizen?
