French Citizenship/Business

Bonjour!

My business partner and I want to move our business and be based out of France. I have searched all over the internet to try to find an answer on if we can do this and possibly get citizenship for it. I read that France is short on IT workers, and we do website design and grapics. We would also like to start a recording label over there. Any ideas?
