Dual Citizenship?

[F]Hi......My grandfather was born in France and is a descendent of General Marceau who served under Napoleon in the French Revolution. I am a US citizen. I would like to know if I can get a dual citizenship since I have direct relatives from France and still living in France?? If so, what procedure?? Thanks so much! st[/font]
