Geographic location of Darke, Ohio

I've been looking for a town in Ohio named Darke. It existed about 1830-1890, but I have been unable to locate it on any new or old maps. Can you tell me where Darke, Ohio is or was? This is not Darke County, Ohio but Darke, Ohio.

All the current and historical data I found points to Darke County, Ohio. http://ohdarke.ohgenweb.net/

I can find no references to a city named Darke.
