I want to find my roots.

for free...Why is it so much to ask to know where you came from? Your parents most likely don't know your WHOLE genalogical past....Why do sites charge for this? Is there a free site?? Is there some other way that I can find where I came from?

Is the town where you were born within a reasonable (say a day) driving distance from where you live now?

Since what age have you lived where you do now?

Do you or have you gone to a church for any length of time? Did your parents or your grandparents?

You know that I am trying to help you find records of your relatives. Do you know if any people from the church that was torn down started a new church?
