That wouls be a great idea, Simone, except the tree belongs to my neighbor. Unfortunately, I just cut new perennial flower beds, so it looks like I will have to pick them out as they come up. Can't disturb those new plants with a pressure hose
Well catie, I was going to suggest what simon did, remove the maple tree. but now we know that is not an option. i suppose you will be stuck with just pulling them up as the begin to grow.
Most yard blowers come with an attachment that makes them become a vacuum too. However the seeds don't like to get sucked up as well as I would like. You can always use the blower end to send the seeds back to your neighbor. It should be over in another few weeks.
