    No more apples please
We have an apple tree, I'm not sure how old it is, it was here when we purchased our home. It has a deck built around it, yes, it is right in the middle of our deck. I do not necessarily want to rid ourselves of the tree and the shade, but I do want to rid myself of the apples that fall all over the deck. Can anyone tell me if there is something we can spray on the now blooming blossoms to keep this tree from producing apples this year as well as years to come?

    Thanks for the help,

    Vicki

I think I have heard of sprays, but can't give any specifics. You might try blasting all the blossoms with a garden hose and destroy them. I love apples, but finally cut our trees down because getting nice apples is so much work, and it is so cheap and easy to buy nice ones.

After much research (one phone call to a local nursery lol) I found my answer. There is a spray that can be used and its called florel.

Here's an educating link on florel
