Only if you don't mind getting wet too...

But seriously....

Ideally the liquid fertilizer (lf) and weed control (wc) should be applied, then watered in.
Try to time it to a day before it rains. If the rain passes you by, then go out, and water the area you applied to.

My frugal Dad (Bless his soul) would always do his lf, and wc early in the mornin' when the dew was still present, and before a rain. It gave the application a head start, and he didn't have to pay to use his water.

The wc works best on the foliage......The lf at the roots.

Borrowed from this site; lawn weeds 'bout half way down

Does a Weed & Feed fertilizer do a good job of controlling dandelions?
Yes, if everything works just right. You don't want rain for at least two days after applying the weed & feed. After the 2 day period it should be watered in to carry the fertilizer down to the grass roots.
