dogwood tree

My dogwood tree never has many blooms on it. Is it lacking fertilizer of some kind?

Either now, or next spring poke some holes under the outher branches and dump in a little general purpose fertilizer. Next years blossom buds may already be formed, so you may not any improvement until 2006.
