Angelina Stonecrop oddity

I have an Angelina Stonecrop in my front yard that's about 5' tall now. What's up with that?

Good to see someone else shares the same problem. I was searching google images when I found your pictures that matched. Ours is really high, about 5 feet plus. We have another Angelina Stonecrop plant to the right of this one not shown in the picture that is normal.

I sent these pics to the Missouri Botanical Gardens but they were unimpressed. I'm sending yours as well to see if it will spur more interest.
