runescape error

hi my question is about runescape. runescape has been workin like its supposed to be workin until today. when i first tried loggin in it always says runescape updated. reload page and i dont understand on how to reload it any of u guys no what to do.

Well, what you could do is:
1: try different world.
2: try closing down window and starting up again.
