Playstation 2 Emulator(pcsx2 0.9.4?)

Dear;
I've long been waiting for pcsx2 0.9.4 but it is not released officially as yet.Is someone In Know of When Will It Be Released.Or Can someone Please Tell Me Whether Any PS2 Emulator Exists Which Could Emulate Tekken 5 On My PC.
