Oblivion Patching

For some reason, i cannot install any of the Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Patches. It keeps coming up with "Patch Error - Old file not found, However a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match". I've tried reinstalling the game over and over but still doesn't work.

I don't know if this is the case, but my Oblivion.EXE and OblivionLauncher files are two different versions. Oblivion.EXE is V 0.1.0.228, while Oblivion Launcher is V 1.0.0.1. My drivers and such are up to date while i have the recommended system requirements as well, so does anyone have any ideas how to get the patch to work?

Lol i figured it out eventually. I installed the US patches and not the UK patches

Stupid though, cuz the site i first got it from, the official Oblivion site, just said English Patch... i didn't realise there were seperate patches for each country...
