laggy unrealing

how do I reduce lag when I play unreal tournament 2004? it really grinds my gears cos I kno I wud b kind of a good player if it wasn't for the lags. and my ping bees high.

grRrRrRr.

anyway. all this talking of unrealing is makin me wanna play it. even tho I am in bed n it's jus gone half past7am. oh well.

if anyone can help me I will b so0o0o0o happy.

its for the pc and yea I play it online.

the only way to fix it is too reduce the graphic settings and mabye delete some stuff off of your pc
