chances are the motor has gone and finding a replacement should be easy enough but uless you know what your doing it will inccur another spend getting it replaced if its not that old phone the ps2 help centre they are extremely helpfull ( they sent a courier to mine with a replacement and took broken one when mine broke and I had no reciept) failing that a new one is probably in order sorry mate oh if you have a sony centre on the high street go in and see what they recommend
