gta sanandreas runs in slow motion

hi ,
i've bought gta sanandreas just a couple of days back & it runs in slow motion . i no u've been asked dis question again & again for about many times & am really verry srry.
my computer has these features
it microsoft windows xp
professional
windows 2002
service pack 2
intel R
Celeron R
CPU 2.13GHZ
248 mb of ram
tell me wat 2 do

Well the Recommended specs: Intel P4 or AMD Athlon XP, 384MB RAM, 128mb DX9 Card, 4.7GB HDD Space. DX9 Compatible Sound Card. Win XP/2000.
Your machine isn't really up to it.
You certainly need more RAM for starters.
