im unsure where to ask this quesion.. sorry if its in the wrong spot.

so ive been making this game in game maker version 6.

i had lives, shooting etc.

but when i opened my game to play it,

the lives wouldnt work,

it wouldnt show up the top, in the blue bar

and every time i would collect a life the high score table would show and the restart the game.

there is nothing wrong with the D&D things.

i cant find the falut and reason to why its not working...

any help would be great.

needs to know asap. this is for an assigment due shortly.
