There is also a great book called Hoyle's Rules of Games. It has rules to over 250 games. There are some interesting solitare and poker variations. This should be at any bookstore.

Anyone know the card game Risk????? Wondering if you could tell me if both the bottom 4 cards and the 4 in your hand count together for your final score..?

I've never played, myself, but I did a Google search using the terms "game of risk rules" and come up with tons of sites. I suggest you give that a try.
