Different poker hand names.

I'm not talking flush or straight...I want to know all of the other hands, like aces and 8s is the dead man's hand because that's what Wild Bill Hickock had when he was shot and killed. What are some of the other hands' names and their origins? Also, what are the "special names for each card (ie. Cowboys for Kings, Dueces for twos, etc.)?

The only one I know is that the King of hearts is the "Suicidal King" (we used to play with one-eyed jacks and suicidal kings as wild)

in Hold'em:
A-K : Anna Kournikova
looks good, never wins
J-J : Fish Hooks
looks like hooks, plus makes a fish (new player) run around in circles even though he rarely wins with it.
