how do you start a trust fund and where do you start? i have no ide where to begin!

you may start a "trust account" which is funded at any bank, most attorneys can draw up trust papers for you to put money in for a specific trust.

If you are talking about a non profit group to do fund raising, that is something very different.

i am trying to start a trust fund for a lady and son that got abused and relocate them.

Why a trust fund? Do you understand what a trust fund is? What help are you trying to get? Why don't you go to a local woman's shelter and ask for their help?
