what are the ways to loose money on Annuities? Can you take a loan against these things for investment purposes?

If you can get a better return on something else than your annuities, you are not using the money efficiently.

In a efficient market, the rate of loan usually is higher than the rate of investment, unless you have some investment that yields a higher return than usual.
