How can I get T9 mode Software

I wish to type matters in my computer using the numeric keys in the right side of the keyboard in the same way as in the T9 mode in cellphones Is there any free software for this purpose How can I download it?

it would be simpler to learn to type faster

master a DVORAK key layout for best results
