Title in Posts, not threads

I was wondering about the title above the posts. I've noticed that some members could have a title for each and every post of theirs. I'm trying to find out how it works...

I'm glad that you got the change the "skin" thing down! I don't mind the really colorful one, but that's probably because I'm not using very good monitors when I view it. I do like the other features available in it, though!

Yeah, it's true that the other features are wonderful there! It just would hurt my eyes if I stay there for too long

I wonder if the admins are looking into having the same features in the light skin... or would it perhaps slow down the whole thing?
