Actually type this with the changes noted:

Change all of the "(" to "[" and all of the ")" to "]"

Actually, it's really easy (One way):

Copy the URL that you want to modify as you would normally.
Select "Go Advanced"
In the upper right hand corner there is a box that looks like it has an "A" in it.
Click on it to change editor mode. It will show lots of brackets.

You should easily see what has to be changed.
Change that to something like "here"
Change the editor mode back.
Select preview.
Check changes and post.

This assumes you have automatically parse links in text set.
