Announcement suggestions

Is there a specific place for making announcement suggestions? If there is not, hopefully someone with the ability to make announcements will see this. I have noticed some extremely bad grammar and punctuation (especially periods) in some of the posts, specifically the posts in the "teens" section, making it almost impossible to understand what people are asking, making the question unanswered. Would it be possibly to get an announcement, specifically in the "teens" to encourage at least average grammar? Hopefully, this would make both the asker's and the answerer's lives easier.
